Arriving for Your Appointment
Even in a calm, welcoming environment, pets can feel a little uneasy around new people, new surroundings, and other animals. For everyone's safety and comfort, we ask that all dogs be kept on a leash and properly controlled while in our reception area, and that all cats be brought in a secure carrier or on a leash.
For the safety of our staff and the other animals in our care, we require that all hospitalized patients be current on certain vaccinations. Dogs must be current on rabies and distemper, while cats must be leukemia negative and current on rabies, distemper, and leukemia vaccines. If your pet is not yet up to date, we are happy to discuss a vaccination plan during their first visit.
